The Avon River Inn in Stratford was a pleasant surprise, with easy access to the room and lovely renovations that showcased attention to detail. the room was impeccably clean, and the communication before our arrival was helpful. the location was convenient, and the recently renovated room was stylish and comfortable. the motel is currently undergoing upgrades, and the owner was friendly. the garden area provided a relaxing atmosphere, and nearby landmarks like Knob Reserve, Stratford Memorial Park Playground, and Apex Park offered great family bonding opportunities. the only downside was the shower, which had temperature and leak issues, as well as a lack of extra blankets on a cold night. a solid choice for a stay in Stratford.

Location was superb! Everything we needed was close by: shops, restaurants, and attractions. the room was recently renovated and it looked stunning. the comfortable bed and spacious bathroom added to the enjoyment of our stay.
The shower was a nightmare to use. It took forever to heat up, and then the temperature was impossible to adjust.
